Charlene is the creator behind la Planche a Fromage. Born and raised in Paris, she pretty much has cheese in her DNA.
Charlene started her culinary journey back in 2013 attending the Ferrandi Culinary School in Paris. Post-grad she worked at several Michelin star restaurants in Paris as well as San Francisco. She later left to start her own successful catering business before taking a pause to start her family.
Today she is a wife and busy mama of two kiddos. Nostalgic for her childhood in Paris, Charlene yearns to share her love of cheese with the world. Because a day is not a good day without cheese in it.
